I’d trust the Cas coach over Cartwright to be honest. I know he has coached at the NRLs biggest clubs, but Cartwright doesn’t wear bucket hats and flip flops. And he hasn’t been on Countdown.
Fancy Cartwright and Myler giving an opportunity to a young player we’ve nurtured instead. Amateurs.
I think cartwright may be exactly what we need. We need someone who can come in and instill some discipline, get everyone pulling in the same direction, get them fit and motivated.
Key for me is to instill a desire to be your best every day. Its what Peters has done at rovers, peet at wigan and plenty of coaches elsewhere. It's what high performing organisations achieve. Not easy and won't happen overnight but can be done.
If we do this players will take responsibility for their own and the team performance and things will improve, we'll no longer see the drubbing and should be at least competitive.
Improve fitness, attitude and defence and we will see the fans start to come back

Myler and Cartwright are bringing in players they know and trust That will move the team forward and bring on the young kids. Considering there’s a salary cap, we’re at the wrong end of the M62 and bottom of the league. I don’t think Myler could do much better in recruitment. It’s been said before, biggest most important signings are the conditioning team. Getting players fit and injury free is key. Look at kr mostly injury free spine enabled them to stay top. Look at difference Asiata had made to Leigh’s rise up the table since his return to the team.
you have already seen what Chamberlain can do in a black and white shirt The fact that Myler signed him on a three year contract shows he is out of touch. Dont think dad in law will be happy with that one

Their coach has done very well with the team he has available Yes i would trust his judgement against our numpties 15 points against our six and remind me of the score last month against Cas

The worlds trees are working very hard to produce the oxygen you breathe.
You should approach the nearest one to you and apologise.

So hang on, he's done very well to get Cas to finish on fifteen points in 10th place with a poor squad, but you presumably agree that Tony Smith failed last season with us finishing on twenty points in 10th with a poor squad? You're just making this up as you go along.
Has George King been announced or rumoured for anywhere yet? I'd make an attempt to sign him if he's still available. I feel like it was a while ago though that he was rumoured to be leaving KR so expect his future may already be sorted somewhere
