Clearly too thick to understand the points people were making about the the Man of Steel award.

If you need further evidence of the drop off in quality of Super League, you just need to look at some of the 2024 dream team members.

I thought it was fairly obvious and poster engaged his brain and read, rather than outrage, they would realise it's nothing to do with Rovers. But I'll help him out.

The MOS system is flawed, you could play 26 games, have 10 really good ones (against the lower teams) and be awful the the other 16 games, but if you read the posts, most people think that if Lewis wins it (or Sneyd) then it would be fully justified, both deserve it, Moylan on the other hand.

Dream team, everyone here seems happy, apart from Lees (non Rovers), some including me suggested Sue (Rovers player) would be a better pick.

I agree as it stands the LLS has little worth, look at how much Wigan celebrated it, no one has parades or ceremonies for it (unlike the other two trophies), no 10 year celebration events and most people can't remember who won the LLS unless it's very recent. I think it should get more recognition, but right now it isn't held in high value.

It's not held in high value as the season isn't a level playing field due to the loop fixtures. Rovers gained 6 points against the bottom 2 teams than wigan. Admittedly wigan lost 2 of those points against us so only had themselves to blame but us and London were awful

For me I've watched his career closely since he left and still blame the Club, who should never of let him go, but for me this season no one deserves a dream team inclusion more than Marc Sneyd and for me personally (and I know this is subjective) he is still possibly the most influential half back as far as managing a teams structure and end of sets is concerned, in the British game. I bloody hate Lewis but he's pretty good too.

Lewis has been good in a team that's been flying, down mainly to him I'd suggest. Sneyd has been instrumental in an average sl team performing above average for most of the season. I'd prefer sneyd to win, not due to any club bias, but because it's probably his last chance whereas lewis has plenty more years to win it. Sneyd has been massively under rated for most of his careers. Pretty much carried us to Wembley in 16 and 17 and hauled us over the line both years.

Exactly, put the guy in Wigan or Warringtons team of 2024 and think either would have improved on how they have done in the regular season. I'd say that had he even been in St's team this season they'd have finished in the top 4 comfortably.

Think Sneyd is just one of those players that isn't flashy or courts the limelight, he just turns up week in week out and does the job he is pretty darn good at.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

He also needs to be paired with a fast runner of the ball to negate that he isn't the quickest himself. Kelly was a great combo with him, in 2021 we lost that as Reynolds legs had gone.
