The lad is a monster, I don’t think I can remember a forward having this impact as a youngster in Superleague? He’s arguably the best forward in the league with ball in hand, if he can get one on one with a defender you fancy him to make a break. NRL clubs will be making plays for him now imo, any NRL club who isn’t looking at him are fools. I just hope he doesn’t like hot weather and nice beaches and we can throw marquee money at him to keep him for a few more seasons.

Ball in hand I’ve not seen a more damaging novice strike forward since Simon Haughton.
Unofficially the most boring poster on Cherry and White.

Haughton came through when I was a pup but he was brilliant, a lot have him down as a bit of let down but he played for GB and played in a top Wigan side, he just wasn’t the world beater some thought, I hope Junior can kick on from his initial splash and become dominant like he can be.

He's got 3 years after this, so they'll need to stump up plenty of cash for him. I look at the way in which they seem to have unsettled Danny Walker and then walked away, deeming a 200k transfer fee ridiculous and I just roll my eyes at the arrogance of it all. The NRL is cashed up and we hear plenty of $1m dollar contracts for players and multi million dollar tv deals but they seem to be under the impression we should see them coming for our players as some sort of honour and just roll over.
Who knows what sort of transfer fee we'd be talking for Nsemba but there isn't much we can do with a couple of hundred grand and I'd be asking for the best part of 7 figures. We'll certainly have him here next year but I could see the following off season being challenging, once he's had clubs creeping around him in Vegas.

Simon didn’t like paying RL. I was told tonight that the club are negotiating a long term contract with Junior
Maybe some people just don't fancy Australia? Seems to me, these days, it's far from the sunshine paradise we thought it was a few decades ago. I wouldn't want to live there.

Junior has a lovely family that he is very close to.

It seems a pretty good place to live from what I see and all of my mates who have emigrated there agree, there are a lot more issues in this country imo and the weather is a big sway for a lot of people but not for all and hopefully that’s the case with Junior but there is also the lure of playing in the biggest and best league in the world with the potential to earn eye watering money.

Junior was quoted last year he wants to follow in KPPs footsteps.
What a people’s thoughts on Warrington’s approach with Danny Walker?
Canberra want him, Walker wants to go but Wire are playing hard ball wanting a huge transfer fee for him to leave.
Wire have a wealthy owner as we do now.
Wigan approach is as soon as they want to go let them go, don’t want anyone at the club who doesn’t want to be there.
Junior for example is contracted another 3 years. Let’s just keep for that contract.
RICHARDS IS SUPERMAN!!!!

from our side of the fence, there's not been much in the way of rumours that walker wants to go, you'd think he'd be mad to turn it down, its flattering, but very little in,"he wants to go" which i would guess means he's not unsettled.
Not easy to replace him very quickly either, if we did let him go, powell's best days are behind him, ben harthill isn't ready for SL, and there's not too many others around SL aside from Ipape you'd try and recruit.
i'm not sure what the plan is re nicholson either, we dont appear to be linked with anyone to replace him, maybe we're going internal and giving holroyd a shot, he's not let us down at all this year, but is a defensive player, also fitzgibbon is looking crocked.
