Fax cannot finish in the bottom 2 now and (presuming Barrow lose at Wakey!) only need a point from the last 2 games to avoid the relegation play off. But could even get away with losing both if Swinton lose against Donny or Bradford and Barrow lose against out of sorts Widnes.

Haven are condemned to automatic relegation, in which case we'll be playing a battered Haven with nothing to play for. So if we lose that then go on to lose a play off against most likely Keighley or Rochdale, then there's no argument that we're League 1 material.

AM I RIGHT? I'M NOT WRONG!

Especially when it's a tough sport and the players don't get credit enough for sticking with the club when things are tough.

Hard to believe anything coming out from someone on here but true to form and as before we await the next victim.

Yeah agreed, really strange that someone so close to the person involved would make something like that up. Hard to believe what is and isn't true at the moment though.

So close to who Kav, well as I said he was at the Dewsbury game and fully involved off the field with the rest of the squad so that would mean he refuses to play yet on the same day instead of staying away turns up and chooses to hang around the dug out and dressing rooms etc with the rest of the team.

Liam Finn allows him to do that and according to you then a few days later lies to protect him.

In the same time frame Kav changes his mind but then Finn drops him for the Toulouse game as punishment for refusing to play against Dewsbury the week before.

What actually happened was all the players refused to train and were seriously considering threatening not to play until the financial situation at the club had been clarified.

They and the board met later during the week and sorted out the immediate problem and once it had been all of them who could do turned out and played and knowing the full implications the threat of not playing was never fully decided upon or carried out.

Those who couldn’t play including Kav and Davies who were both injured didn’t.

Your the one who’s made up and added all the BS rest of it not someone close to Kav or anyone else at the club.

We will have to agree to disagree.

You have provided an opinion rather than facts and its different to mine but that's ok. I were as surprised as anyone when I heard but Ive no reason to doubt the person who told me, maybe they got lucky about the players refusing to play and then the team meeting along with the McComb holiday. As Meat Loaf said, 2 out of 3 aint bad.

I have provided what I and others have actually seen and heard directly from the coach and the players themselves some of which are out on video which mention the team meetings that I referred to, what the board did with the players and other areas, the timescale involved and what the staff, coach and players have personally said they decided to do, these are facts and don’t rely on some third party, luck or personal opinion.

None of them involve the coach lying and the ridiculous line of reasoning that would involve Kav being covered for and then dropped as punishment.

If that was the case and all the other players had refused why weren’t they dropped and punished, why was it only Kav as you would have us believe?
Opinion your way round that Einstein.

Also on here it was you who mentioned McComb in the first place and again now, not only were you wrong about where McComb was and why he was there but you were also wrong in even bringing up and trying to imply some wrong darker reason in the first place when you had no idea.

That’s another fact and even when you know you were wrong somehow think getting just those lies about a person, to quote.
As meat head said. “ ain’t bad.”

Your right it’s not bad more like a disgrace.

Like I said we are going to disagree on this but Im going to give the person who relayed the info a right good telling off. :thumb:

I didn't bring McComb up, I just gave the reason why he wasn't playing. Splitting heirs if been at his brothers wedding abroad isn't classed as being on holiday.

Too right we aren't going to agree.

The person who told you didn't put it out on here or supply the context and full story behind it, you did so look in the mirror first and you can't come up with any logical reasoning behind what you have put out and you haven't given any thought to the what this implies.

The reasons you gave would have us believe the entire playing squad refused to play but only Kav was punished.

The implications of your opinion If that had been the case would make Finn a liar and concerning the same situation in the same week he would go from covering up to discriminating against a senior player who is also a close friend who has his full respect and that of the entire dressing room.

The reason you gave for McComb being on holiday included the phrase "apparently" which infers casting doubt and the follow up was "unusual for a player to be allowed to book an holiday etc" with the same inference of something darker.

Why did you do that once again questioning either the integrity of the club, the player or both?

Your opinions aren't splitting hairs there splitting the club and or peoples reputations.
