Yes, i know its a bit early, but interested in others thoughts. James Bentley - Is improving and is a BA player - Keep 2 years Matt Frawley - Too inconsistent, expernsive and OQ space - Let go Morgan Gannon - Assuming concussion issues resolved - Keep 2 years Mickael Goudemand - Cant even get in when we have injuries. Im afraid out of his depth - Let go Tom Holroyd - Assuming he stays fit - Keep 2 years Sam Lisone - Too inconsistent, expensive and OQ space - Let go James McDonnell - Good player. Utility value and committed - Keep 2 years Paul Momirovski - Havent seen the best of him yet. Was never a starter in NRL and a season + pre-season will help hugely - Keep 2 years Tom Nicholson-Watton - Good young player - Keep 3 years Mikołaj Oledzki - Inconsistent but injuries have taken their toll this season - Keep 3 years Leon Ruan - Works hard. Young. Hungry - Keep 2 years Justin Sangare - The French Chris Feather - Let go im afraid, unless he has a storming start of 2025. A real shame. Of course a proper Brad Arthur pre-season may be the making or breaking of many. None of the above are NRL standard, but then again Lewis Dodd somehow got a deal, so who knows!

Most companies work on performance indicators (KPII) based on this season ever player over 21 should be put on notice that their contracts may be terminated do to lack of performance.

That's not the way it works in sport. But one positive thing Smith showed was that it is possible to move on players under contract. The problem was the ones he brought in....

Momo, Frawley, Sangare and Goudemand need to be forced out.

Tell them now they will not be renewed and that they are free to leave if they can find a deal elsewhere,
It's not how much talent you've got, it's what you do with it that counts.

Arthur likes Frawley, who has been pretty effective (given the circumstances) since Smith's exit. We can't bin everyone, and won't, despite what gets posted here and on social media.

Frawley is a problem if Leeds want to improve. His kicking game is horrific.

His kicking game is poor when the forwards are getting bullied. He's a different player when our tails are up, and serves as a good foil for Croft, who also goes missing when the pack is getting bested. We can't get rid of everyone in one go.

Croft at least attempts to stand up when we are getting rolled. Frawley is always anonymous. We won't win trophies with him in the team, he simply is not good enough. We can't get rid of everyone in one go but him and Momorovski need to be at the top of the list.
