Most companies work on performance indicators (KPII) based on this season ever player over 21 should be put on notice that their contracts may be terminated do to lack of performance.

His kicking game is poor when the forwards are getting bullied. He's a different player when our tails are up, and serves as a good foil for Croft, who also goes missing when the pack is getting bested. We can't get rid of everyone in one go.
Croft at least attempts to stand up when we are getting rolled. Frawley is always anonymous. We won't win trophies with him in the team, he simply is not good enough.
We can't get rid of everyone in one go but him and Momorovski need to be at the top of the list.
