I think it's worth mentioning in the context of this club announcement that every signing we've made (and some we haven't announced yet) have been announced by Dan Tomlinson in advance often well in advance in fact. The way we are, communications wise as a club of late, I think that's pretty good stuff really for us lot clinging onto every hope we can for the future, and I'm glad he stayed on at the Mail, (temporary though his position still is). For me, it's good to have a true fan who is well connected doing it.

I don’t see that either. Grix has done ok given what has been the most unstable season you could imagine. The best he could do was to bring on the youngsters and build for the future. The problem with voicing negative opinion is that it rightly or wrongly can start others thinking the same. Think that’s why it’s important to point out the good within this broken season. What come over with Grix is not arrogance but sheer frustration. Wouldn’t anyone be unable to hide that?
Totally underwhelmed. Sacked by Cas and let go by Catalans. Was part of the coaching team responsible for the historic end of season slumps and big losses. Should never go back, look at Gaz Ellis, what has he done since he’s been back ? Grix is coming in for a lot of stick but Ellis shouldn’t be bullet proof either, especially as he’s in charge of defence ! Would have preferred a Brett Delaney type appointment, look what he has done to Rovers defence. Jobs for the old boys again.
