our attack is disorganised mainly because right from game one we ve never had a settled halfback combination, with 2 expereinced halfs.smith decided we would manage with 2 hookers and its never improved.one of the secrets of a succesful team is to have cohesion in the halfs.stabilty..i feel sorry for charles, young player trying to learn his craft.hes been playing more than he should have done and along the way has played with numerous partners all season, including 2 fullbacks and 2 hookers.get him alongside sezer next season and he will blossom.just like lachlan galvin has done at wests.they have had a poor season, but lachlan galvin has really come on at 18 playing with sezer.

Our attack is woeful. Last clearly never had the capability to improve it and I doubt cartwright is an attacking coach. You only had to look at how cas set up in our 20 on saturday to see the difference. They looked organised, everyone knew what they were doing. The complete opposite to us
I don't appointing someone with Lasts experience and reputation who is well though of by one of the most successful coaches in SL is really job for the boys.
Houghton possible, but depends what role it is, think he will be great to have around.
Cas had much better and more experienced people in those positions, we had Moy, Charles and Smith.
Should look alot better next year, particularly with Asista at 13, who is like an extra halfback.

partly, but it's also about everyone else in the team knowing what they're doing and putting it into practice. On all of the sets near our line, cas had 2 lead runners with a line of players behind. It causes confusion and opens up space. We have forwards trying to barge over.
Fitness, s&c and commitment/attitude are "relatively" easy fixes for the coaching team but attacking structure needs someone who really understands it. last isn't that person unless he's learned a massive amount since he left.
I once went to an open training session when radford was the coach and the attacking training was pitiful

Thibk you mentioned in another post, no coincidence that our attack improved hugely when we have Reynolds and Trueman, neither were brilliant, but just that experience really helps set things up
