There’s no chance Barron is a better winger than Briscoe. Briscoe is our best option getting out of our own 10, he’s the best at this since we lost Griffin. He’s strong and experienced and isn’t exactly a slouch even at his age. Barron is coming on, but Martin is also ahead.

Plenty of other SL clubs signing players well into their 30s. Catalans do it on the regular and Rovers not afraid to offer aging players a deal.
