If that's the case think we need to try and find another centre from somewhere, creating a quota spot or try and get a domestic centre (this would have to involve a fee, but not sure who).
It's vital we sign a quality centre. You can't expect Rapana to transfer there at this stage of his career.
Going with Hardaker and Chamberlain just isn't good enough. But like you state who?
I'd only let Sao go if we can replace like for like otherwise our pack will be weakened.
Recruitment wise I feel slightly more optimistic than yesterday but we definitely have to find another centre and probably another forward.

Yeah and your opinion is the same old story….we won’t be bottom nor near playoffs but the team will improve but as long as there are fans like you and your alter ego this forum will be always have doom merchants

I'm bewildered by his signing. A utility is not the best use of a quota spot although he's not really a hooker. A utility could have easily been filled domestically.
The ideal scenario would have been keeping Reynolds as a back up half and as you say sign an NRL centre.

We are joint bottom and recruitment is poor again after several seasons of misery, sorry for not licking the clubs backside. I see no improvement next year.

If we really have sone cash, I'd like to see us go and out try tempt a young centre from another club with a big wage increase. Other than that, maybe someone like Connor Wrench.

We will see……we aren’t a good sell and we have to get what we can….every club goes through it…..Warrington was nearly relegated and look at them and you could argue there recruitment wasn’t massively impressive barring dufty.

I hope we do improve, it’s what we all want but after years of abject failure and just constantly getting decision after decision wrong, I just can’t bring myself to being optimistic

Just negativity on top negativity! Last time i checked Martin doesn't lack pace, Neither does Hardaker tbf and its just pure laziness to talk about pace or age they are contributing factors no doubt but if your argument held any weight lets go with a backline of
Hoy Tindall Sutcliffe Wynne Mitch Smith Dwyer
All the above who have played previously for us are quick but would that be a backline you'd want? No!! our 2025 backline and first 17 will be leaps and bounds above this years so pull your head out of your backside and realise that we need some leadership and experience to help stabilise this club. From here that will give us a platform to build from, we wont be bottom 2 next year absolutely no chance! Leigh will struggle i think next year given the players they losing, Cas will be near bottom, don't think Wakey will go as well as what people making out, Huddersfield are average and Leeds could be anywhere from 6th to 10th, also if Rowley ends up leaving Salford and given the players they also losing they could massively drop ff too We will compete much better and if we can be in and around 7th or 8th and maybe have a cup run that will be a good start.
