Leeds don't offer that option? Hmmmm, tell me the last time KR lifted a trophy? Leeds have been in the doldrums by there standards for some years, but once things start to go in the right direction that will change very quickly. Wish Rhyse all the best, but if I was a KR fan I'd at least wait to win something before starting the bragging.
I suspect it may be more to do with the contract length than anything else. I've as much idea about £££ involved as anyone else on here i.e. none. As for winning something, who knows this season. KR are certainly in with more than a shout. Lots of ifs, buts and maybes where next season is concerned though. Backing up is difficult, there are no guarantees where that is concerned. It's all about opinions though.

Rhyse has left a big gap in terms of reliability, versatility and goal kicking. Not too shoddy at breaking the line either. Very interested to see what irons Blease / BA pull out of the fire for 2025.

Not so sure Leeds are annoyed, disappointed maybe. I like Martin and he has rarely let us down and if nothing else we not only need to find an equivalent if not better player we also need to find a goalkicker which isn`t that easy. My guess is it`s down to the length of the contract that swayed him and it`s not about him winning more with you. Look at Burgess signing for Huddersfield. He certainly didn`t go there to win things he went due to the amount they were paying him and presumably the length of the contract. Don`t kid yourself that players these days go to clubs to win silverware.

How ironic is your quote Cookie, as the last time that Hull KR won a major trophy was back in the year 1985. The same year that "Back to the Future" first hit our cinema screens. Lets hope that the clubs flux capacitor doesn't pack in
"...To those people that wrote this team off... to all those that criticised this team... tonight's for you"

Yes, the very, very, very distant past in KR's case. Now don't make me cheer for Wire when I was all ready to do the right thing and hope the GF trophy went to the Robins.
