Why does he seem be untouchable in this absolute clusterf**k of a season, in fact the last few years of decline to where we are now? The official FC Facebook game posts seem to be levelling most of the blame at his door yet on here the cuddle crew won't say a bad thing about him - I've said my piece, I can't stand him, want him gone and will be very happy that the cancer at this club is gone when he's goes

I hear you, I can’t stand the bloke, but can’t see him going anytime soon unfortunately. Years of cutting corners have come back to bite us, no wonder Rovers have a clean bill of health as they have 6 full time strength/conditioning/physio staff, where we just pick kids up from uni with no experience because they are cheap.
McRae said there was cancer at the club when he was in charge so it’s been around for ages…As for Pearson,he should have evolved the squad after 2017 but Radford led us down another path and yes Pearson has made bad choices/decisions and cash has been tight for him….he delivered something no other owners did 2 Wembley wins and possibly saved club during Covid but don’t let that cloud your vitriol towards him and let’s be honest…you won’t go as you only post when they lose…top grade bell end
Mixed feelings about him. I think he was led down the garden path by Tony and trusted his judgement wholeheartedly which has come to bite us in the backside massively.
Before then, employing Clarke to do Motu’s job was an awful piece of business, which ultimately began the downfall since 2017.
There’s no doubt running the club through Covid was a hard task and I do believe he did what he could to keep us afloat (Grand Final at KC will have surely brought revenue, for example), which again rightly or wrongly meant cost saving. But, we are reaping what we sow now and are bottom of the league because of cheap options and very bad pieces of buisiness - ultimately very poor recruitment and retention.
I’m glad he took action early this year, getting rid of Tony and Stan and bringing in a DoR, along with realising he (and we) need new investment. From what I’ve heard he will be a minority stakeholder until eventually being fully bought out.
A bit of perspective is needed, like the man or not the fact remains that nobody else has wanted to put their money where their mouth is, since Covid especially we’ve been losing money (everyone in SL has too) so someone going to have to either pump money in to clear the debts or we have to cut costs. We’ve simply had to cut costs.
Think Adam will admit himself he’s made or at least signed off on some pretty bum calls that have made a bad situation worse, but he can’t just f*ck off like some fans seem to want. He’s looking for investment or a sale, hopefully someone suitable can come in. The green isn’t always greener on the other side though.

He did well enough and kept us afloat and in the early days he had money and enthusiasm
He’s run out of both
What money are we talking about here? Do you have any evidence that money has been put in and it’s ‘no longer Adams club’ or is it purely speculation or your imagination? If you know something spill the beans because most fans are desperate to know what’s going on.

It’s clearly not imagination.
Pearson said himself that we have new investment coming in. On the back of that Smith was sacked, Mylder brought in, plenty of players shown the door and a new coach brought in.
Unless you’re suggesting Pearson was lying, we have to go by what we’ve been told.
