Warrington Wolves Level Second After Wrecking The Rhinos Play Off Hopes
The side which no coach wanted to face in round twenty-two, a buoyant Leeds Rhinos under the coaching of Brad Arthur who took the scalp of the Champions last weekend, became the task of Sam Burgess and his high-flying Warrington Wolves as they continue their quest for a top two finish and a home tie in the playoffs.

The two points could lift the Wolves into second, should the winning margin be large enough, but if the Leeds Rhinos were to make it back-to-back victories, then they would get themselves within two points of a play-off place and a shot at Old Trafford in five rounds time.

Warrington were slight favourites with the bookies, the Rhinos given a six-point start by the handicappers, but Burgess was sending his troops into battle with no illusions that this would be a simple victory.

Former coach telling Kendall he's a jumped up poop hasn't helped with the 50/50s but doesn't count for anything we just have to suck it up we are just not that good.

Didn’t enjoy that really Elland Road is a dump and the ref basically killed the game as a contest in that second half imo, that no knock on then yellow to fus did it for the contest.

There was a lot of positives from the game but as I say was not an enjoyable experience at all.

We were definitely second best but not by much. We didn't show enough creativity and got caught napping in defence a couple of times but otherwise, good effort. With a little bit more luck, who knows?

Leeds Rhinos? 8 for you, Leeds Rhinos! You go, Leeds Rhinos.

And none for Castleford Tigers. Bye!

Seen enough of Sinfield now to know he’s just not good enough and not the answer, time to move on

Sinfield’s young. What’s Frawley’s excuse?

Even if I assume Kendall isn’t biased, I just dislike the way he refs. Always seems to lose control.

I thought we were better than an 18 point difference. Some players have found form. Jack and Frawley are probably too much the same to play together. If can smith is the problem, I’d back Arthur to work it out quite quickly.

Arthur very critical if the ref and rightly do, Wilkin even agreeing. Refs and RFL need be be showings ref need to be held accountable for such poor performances

Unfortunately wouldn’t shock me if he got fined. Of the three decisions he mentioned the only one I think Kendall may have got right was the strip, I thought someone maybe McDonnell peels away from the tackle. I know it’s a different rule in the NRL. If the ball carrier broke the tackle I’m not sure how you call that.
