The London coach was totally the opposite showed his passion and annoyance all match

Other than Asiata we have signed players that will work hard but won’t improve us significantly enough to dig us out the pit of shame we’ve dug for ourselves.
Previous talk of getting 2 quality quota players in to tip the balance of next seasons recruitment, we are going to need at least 4.
Yes we lost Carlos (again) and Walker but it made little difference as the whole set up and selection was a mess and that was evident with what we saw in those 80mins.
What could have made a difference is when London were looking tired after 30 minutes he should have brought Balmforth on. When Walker went off why move players around when all he had to do was move Briscoe to full back. Resting Moy was a bad decision. He is not injured

Agree with this. I’ve always had the impression he doesn’t really care. Very quick to blame the players not ‘sticking to the plan’ and ‘not being brave’. This might be the case, but maybe playing players in their actual positions, rotating players properly, and showing some genuine emotion wouldn’t go a miss - like you say, sometimes even a bit smirky.
I think it screams that he’s not part of our plans and he’s just seeing his job through. It’s a free shot for him and it shows. Surely if he was going to be a big part of the set up next season he would be in regular comms with Cartwright just like Myler? A few txt messages isn’t that.

He seems to be getting more confident each game I see in s team that has no confidence. Some blistering running from him today. Cutting through them like a thoroughbred. He's still only a puppy.

Dreadful, simply dreadful, no other words for it really.
I know the loss of Carlos and Walker meant an ad-hoc reshuffle to the side in the first half, but think it was irrelevant, even with them on the pitch it would have made no difference to an abject woeful display which ranks as bad as anything we have witnessed these past seven years.
We look, unfortunately, like exactly what we are; a low-quality side packed full of low-quality players, whose confidence is totally shot after a series of relentless defeats, de-motivated, unenthused and lacking in conviction, being overseen by a coaching set-up which hasn't a single clue about how to change the situation.
It can't even be dismissed as yet another bad performance within a year which has spun out of control. Seven years of endless mistakes and errors of judgment by a plethora of individuals have brought us to this situation. If the people concerned had set out to deliberately destroy our club I doubt they could have made a better job of it than the one they have carried out since 2017. All concerned should hang their heads in shame at their part in the systematic dismantling of a once great club.
I have been a supporter since 1975 (I guess for some it's even longer than that), the club has brought me many happy memories and some great days , as well as some distressing and disappointing ones alongside the good times, but right now, for the first time in all those years, I feel ashamed and embarrassed to be a black and white. I have never felt this low about our great club, even when we were a second division outfit in 96-97. At least then I felt there was some hope for a future, but tonight I am struggling to find even a flicker of hope to cling onto.
We are in a mess the like of which most of us have never seen in our lifetimes.
I've been on the internet and have already got a sense of the fans' passion for the club. They are very fanatical - Peter Gentle 12th September 2011.
