i ll admit the nrl run their game far better than us.the teams they have added over the years[without promotion or relegation] have been really succesful, melbourne, newcastle, gold coast, brisbane, new zealand warriors, north queensland cowboys .40 years ago the the nrl just consisted of just 10 teams based in sydney.great expansion our efforts in comparison have been a total disaster.london in any guise, mansfield, north wales, gateshead,,newcastle, catalan,,toronto, scarbouogh to name just a few...never worked and never will.

If we don’t sell tickets the club will go bust, he has to big things up can’t blame him. Believing it or not is up to the fans.
There’s been a few positive signs, but I’m far from convinced that any real significant investment is going to happen, really hope we get some clarity on the financial situation soon. Again a few well placed media hints and that Humberside interview maybe bought Adam and the club a bit of time when we really looked rock bottom, but I expect London to turn us over on Saturday and fear the noise will start again.

RL is big business in Oz, over here it's a minority sport. It will never have the same clout or the same business model work. All major sport now relies massively on TV deal income. Compare what the NRL gets to SL

Fans will stay if recruitment is right as the moment its very 50/50 ans very dependent on the next couple of signings.
Seasons of false promises from Pearson, fans won't believe him and will wait until recruitment is done, so he is wasting his time with these statements, it has to be backed up.

The NRL is run by an organisation that wants the best for the game over in Aus and everyone is pulling in the same direction, super league is run by an incompetent governing body with no clear direction for the game with the club owners terrified of giving up a little bit of power for the good of the game.

We just need enough investment to allow us to recruit the right team off the field and plug the funding gap to support a competitive team on it. Doesn't need to be £ millions pumped in on day 1
