As big a budget that hull have, they won’t be offering money that sets you for life.

We have that, with the young players that are coming through, our one positive this season, we needed to some experienced non quota players. The likes of Moy, Martin, Litten, Charles, Balmforth and Staveley have real potential but can't play every week, we need some experienced hardworking players to fill the gaps short term.
It will still take a couple of seasons to properly turn the club around though.

When we feel they're nearly ready, we'll take them off your hands.

We don't know anything for sure, but if he is now contractually committed to Leigh for next season, I imagine it will be a new, improved deal, but with an NRL clause, which is hopefully better worded than his current deal.
contract clause confirmed so cant sign sl could still go nrl but no offers yet.would think have natural rise for next year budgetted in our cap so why offer more. new 3 year contract maybe. major refit next year so need all cap money.pies have used non cap counting youngsters to fill out squad for several seasons now some have left for bigger wedge most have stayed and got rewards in the end.hopefully our own plan works out and purtill produces the quality we need at the right price.unril then our squad may always be light as we are having to pay for the quality to keep us in the league post img.we are poaching one or two others leigh lads/yorkies chezzy has knwledge of and we may get lucky there. the 5 year plan makes sense but lots of factors involved easy intit
Pretty sure Lam is our Fed trained marquee contract, so any new contract wouldn't increase his value on the cap. Would of course eat into the playing budget though
