injuries play a massive part of the season, lose a couple of key players for any team and you struggle, only team who hasn't is Rovers.
The standard of the league isn't great and a few decent signings and you can really close the gap.
Quick what excuse can I make up to make it look like rovers haven’t done anything special this year, oh here’s one ‘league is poop this year nothing in it and everyone’s poor’

Dave take your medicine
Here they come, you haven't done anything special yet, come back at the end if the year.
You are a good side, but done really well injuries, the fact Wigan have been best by us and Leeds says it all about this league.

I don’t think the wigan French debate is up for discussion, we got it rammed down our throats on how good wigans depth was etc and how good their rotation would be but it’s showing that their a one man band

Wigan look like a team in shock! I think they are still trying to come to terms with the traumatic experience of being beaten three weeks ago by a perpetually losing side who sit in eleventh!! How ironic will it be if our only highlight of this wretched season ends up going someway towards you-know-who breaking their 39 year trophy drought
Having said all that, I still think Wigan will recover their mojo for when it really matters, as usual, and the after match interviews/analysis at Old Trafford will have the familiar and long established pattern to them.
I've been on the internet and have already got a sense of the fans' passion for the club. They are very fanatical - Peter Gentle 12th September 2011.
