Really feel for Trueman, his career has been decimated by cruel injures. I do hope that he can catch a break soon and stay injury-free, however i would be happy for him to have that luck elsewhere.
Sadly the club has to be realistic look at the contract though. Fifteen games last year and eleven this year is just no good for us for a marquee player.

Recently, there have been some days when I think: 'any second now, I am going to wake up and it is actually the 15th February and the first game of the new season is happening tonight and I have just had a really bad nightmare about how the next six months are going to pan out!!'
But then I realise, no, this is really happening, right here, right now!
I know none of us were expecting 2024 to go down as one of the great years in our long history, but honestly think 'if it can go wrong, it will most likely go wrong around here' should be the club's new motto!!
Clearly, Truman hasn't exactly been pulling up trees in recent weeks, but it is another body not available for us and, on a personal level, it must be a real downer for the lad. Really feel for him, he has had cruel luck with injuries and I wonder where his career goes from here?
I've been on the internet and have already got a sense of the fans' passion for the club. They are very fanatical - Peter Gentle 12th September 2011.

The fact there are only 2 single figure squad numbers is absurb. What a mad year this continues to be. Reality is that it's another write off game until we have quite a few back for London at Magic.

Our pack is much stronger than last week though if Cartwrightt, Ese Ese and Eseh play, which was our downfall last week. hopefully we can keep the score respectful with them having 3 games in a week.

Can't see Ese Ese playing Grix seemed very cautious when asked about it and Cartwright will be very short of fitness.
It looks like Moy, Walker, Charles and Smith will be the spine with Balmforth off the bench. I think we're targeting the magic weekend game as our next realistic chance of points, if we beat London we're probably safe from bottom.
