Not sure to be honest, players do leave mid contract, we signed Croft , Ackers and Momirosvki all on contract so there must be a way round it

Don't think they do. If they did Hull would be 5 times over the cap along with Catalans. But the catch is that if you end up subsidising their salary at another club, it does. It's an expensive business any way you look at it.

I personally like the look of McCormack and if Simpson can ever get fit, he is a big prospect too. Would be a huge risk going with either over Momo though. Particularly, if either got injured.
