Fash is just a run of the mill championship player and as a forward he has no go forward. Add to that his poor penalties probably caused by frustration.

Grix has spoken a lot lately about overplaying the young players and how he hasn't had a lot of choice in some cases but to do so. In this context I can understand why he left Charles out. In a game where it was clear we would struggle to make metres and be under the pump for much of the game Charles would be onto a hiding to nothing so I don't think taking an 18-yr old out of the firing line for today was a bad call.
