I think he'll be great with Trueman. But I guess we'll have to wait and see.
You are entitled to your opinion but me and Daryl think otherwise.
POPTART ,you talk a lot of sense but to me when a team is struggling in S L it is down to injury or lack of creativity in the spine . As said Russell does not seem to create any thing .Truman was great but he as had a bad injury so I will keep quite till I see him play Main problem is 9 the lack of creativity there is shocking

In terms of 9, I think Doyle is ready to make the step up to SL providing we get there and I think Harvey Smith will make a very good 9 but is probably a couple of years away from being ready to play week in week out. I like Hood but I am not sure he could cut it a SL level anymore so I do think a good 9 is an area we will target. I have heard Parcell mention which I would be happy with.

Do not think Doyle is ready for first choice 9 in S L yet,and do agree about Smith looks as though he is a right find Hope we do not sign Parcell he is 31years old takes up a quoter spot and why are H K R letting him gogo ?

Not a rumour but found it interesting that Hull FC now have Ayden, Ruan and Eseh playing for them. Wouldn't mind seeing Ruan and Eseh back next year given they've only gone on loan.

Im interested if u were incharge who would u sign at 9 and who would you go for instead of trueman and russell without saying players like Lam etc who want rediculous money and are young?

Personally I’d look at Parcell or Judah Rhimbu for the 9 role. Rhimbu was on cusp of NRL this pre season. He’s a bit like Ipape in style.
As for halfbacks, I’d have looked at Sneyd when available but he got snapped up. There’s not too much available but I’m reasonably okay with Russell. Truman has an element of risk but could turn out to be a cracking signing if he can stay fit.

Think getting a couple of SL standard props in is required for next season or even earlier due to Trinity being so low on numbers…
