I dont see any on field leadership from Hardaker, his recent performances have been poor and he has been dropped or speculation has it that he has been left out for other reasons but leadership is not in his DNA. given his past.record. Holmes has hardly played since he has been at Leigh so cant be classed as a leader. In fact are we actually getting a player? What we are missing is quality and pace and simply filling spaces with bang average players on fairly lengthy contracts will do little to add anything to on field performance or excitement for fans. Signing Lam and getting rid of Trueman would be a good start but once again today we saw how weak are both in the front row and second row and centre is a huge problem. So until we get some quality in especially in those positions the club will struggle again next season
A long rambling post about 3 players coming from Leigh who you have got a hard on for.How about we give them a try before booting them…yes they arent 3 signings id have made but they are available in a saturated market and you,for some reason cant seem to get your inflateded head round it or havent got the mental capacity to do so.

Been the case for a few weeks now. Like I said, with 8 points for 6 of the last 8 games.
We’re not a good side - yet. We’re competing through good energy and attitude, which is commendable, but we’re pretty rudderless and are crying out for a leader or two.
Push Salford to release Cust as he wasn`t in the 17 today.
Criticism of Chamberlain on here v unfair as he put in a great defensive display despite a horrendous crack from Sims. Sao v unprofessional in getting a red when Hull had the extra man.

Can add cust, borough and Abdul to that too, the only leader out of the new signings is Asiata

Another gallant display, but unfortunately we lack a dominant halfback.. I thought we had a sluggish start to the game, we had a leg up when Sims was dismissed, but Sao ballsed it up .. Our pack tried hard, but it was like watching David vs Goliath We go again...

Story of the 2nd half of our season, loads of effort, but just lacking in quality. Thought Sao's red was harsh and think its a yellow if Sims isn't sent off 5 mins earlier. I thought we got too distracted by Tomkins coming back and targeted him with big hits too many times.
Hopefully bring in Cust to steady the ship and take Charles out the firing line.
I didn't see the game but it sounds like it was the usual stuff, lots of effort but dumb rugby and a lack of quality the difference between w8nning and losing

there is too much of this card levelling up in the game Sims gets a yellow then Sao gets a yellow Lets see if the disciplinery panel follows suit
