Miller could be a much better player, but his head isn’t screwed on right for RL still. He has a very high skill level but he breaks down way too often. I think BA will try to sort him out.
Cam throwing his usual hospital passes again and generally slowing things down; he is awkward to defend at times. Not a good season by his standards.
Newman and Fus both look busted. Harry is a big concern, he is way off this year.
BA will have to decide whether to stick with our first choice squad or swap a couple around.

In the situation we are in and obviously BAs plan is to get into the playoffs, switching the players out and the team around a lot probably isn’t the way to go. It’s new, systems and game plans, the players will need time to adapt and I think sticking with a settled team will make that easier. Whether that’s the correct way for the future I’m unsure.
Miller will come good IMO
Thought Momirosvki looked better going forward but that miss on Lewis was absolutely criminal - his only missed tackle of the game aswell, so like the whole of that second half performance, very very frustrating

Thought Frawley showed some improvement, Croft once again failed to dictate the game, plenty of effort but no evidence of any sublime skill. He cost Leeds a huge amount of money to bring him into the club. He is also one of the highest paid players in the league. Sadly yesterday’s performance just confirms my opinion we are currently a mid table side. Unfortunately it may take some time to jettison the dead wood. Most of yesterdays game we persisted in taking the wrong options and decisions. One glaring example Newman received the ball with plenty of space on the outside ,turned inside and was hammered. Smith as per normal stopped several promising movements with his reluctance to pass the ball. Lots of effort and commitment 0n view, but precious little skill content. Highly unlikely we will make the top six, another wasted season. On the plus side st Gemma’s will be receiving my £50

Tick this box to confirm you watch rugby like a robot Esse Jr had more energy and enthusiasm than all the other props put together where do you find the stats for that? It seems that you are upset by the fact we are having to take Wigans good faith and turns out the loane is better than any of our 1st choice props, he's also a Leeds lad!
Miller could doing with losing some timber, he's built like an RU back.
Overall, on the game, there are positives. The defense and intensity was much improved, but we really have a lot to do on the attack. When the pressure is on, we really have no composure in the attacking third

If Miller was a young player he might have the time to come good, but he's 29 and I suspect he's as good as he's ever going to get. The bad habits are too ingrained. Ultimately he was bought to be "very good" in a key spine position, and he just hasn't been that player. I honestly think Arthur would be better picking Edgell if he wants to win games. Maybe Miller could contribute from the bench if we are going to persist with picking backs there.

I think for the amount of defending and carries he’s having to do losing any weight would be detrimental to his health. I still can’t believe I saw Fuisitua take a long kick yesterday and then throw a huge 25 yard pass to Miller stood by himself to hammered by Hull KR players for the umpteenth time. Fuisitua deserves a plane ticket straight back home for that act of cowardice alone. I feel sorry for Miller, there are no defenders closing down opposition kicks and when he puts an attacking kick up there are none of his team mates busting a gut to get on the end of it. It doesn’t excuse his poor decision making and mistakes, but the likes of Momorovski, Lisone and Fuisitua should be ashamed when they look at his appetite and work ethic.

Christopher, like with Rohan smith I think you pin your flag to the mast in predicating things to come good then can't come down prom that position. Millar is deeply flawed at the level we need him to be atfull of errors and poor decisions and his passing his dreadful. I'll eat your hat (I don't have one of my own) if he comes good, I'd have edgell in next week.

It’s just my opinion Seth, he’s got some skill, i didn’t see the flaws in his game when I've seen him in the NRL, it could be playing in a team low on confidence is affecting him and not just him.
There are many Australian players who have been up and down in there first season to ho on and play well.
