They got a lot of their backs to run it close to the line against our forwards. A tactic I didn’t see coming. They didn’t actually use their forwards much at all today.
Blessing in disguise I’d say , kick up the derrière or shot in the arm however you want to look at it ,but will stand us in good stead coming up to the business end of the season .should be a humdinger when Fev come over next week as both teams are coming off defeats and will want to bounce back . Not the best performance, take it on the chin , learn, and move on .Games like these are needed and will tell you far more seeing players and coaches put under duress and out of their comfort zones ,far more than walk overs ever will , and that can only be a good thing going forwards imo

A good win next week against Fev and the job's a good un .
Plenty of us saw our result coming. Poor handling and poor discipline was always going to be punished by a pro team. Good wins for the final 10 games of the season will mean nothing. I don't want to see another error fest next weekend with the usual late surge. Powell needs address the problems before we face Toulouse again in the play offs. There will be a cloud and massive apprehension around the club until that game. We never really recovered from that Cas defeat last season so lets hope things work out different this time around.
This world was never meant for one as beautiful as me.

Personally I've seen it coming for a few weeks, I don't think we've been quite on it since Wembley.
Sure, it was a bad day at the office, but its one defeat in 16 in the league, and 2 in what 23 across all games. Some people need to get a grip.
I do feel though, the squad as a whole are starting to look a little jaded, and could do with z bit of a mid season freshing up. Other squads around them have done so.
