Rumours of Armstrong been a marquee player, only played about 7 NRL games. so maybe is annoyed with his salary compared to others, he should be in the top 3 salaries.

If the club think Moy can handle the 1 shirt, I’d give him it and not be afraid to use the quota spot on a winger that can carry out of back field. Talanoa is one of the best wingers we’ve had and his game wasn’t built on pace. He always beat the first man and excelled at those tough back line carries.

I was reading some comments on the Facebook post about Tindall and Kai Armstrong been sent out on loan.
There's a fella commenting who claims he knows Kai's family and saying he's been told he isn't required at Hull.
Reading between the lines with his comments, Pearson was (or still is) a big fan of his and gave him a 3 year contract to keep him at the club when the Aussies were looking at him, but since Myler has taken over recruitment/retention he's not getting a look in.
From what I've seen and heard about the kid it would be a huge mistake if we lost him. Especially now we have somebody like Asiata coming in who can really mentor him and help bring him on. Hope it's all just a load of miscommunication or something.

Hard for Myler & Co to judge him in such a short period after a major injury. Kids got good attitude, one of the few youngsters regularly In the gym doing extras. Just lacks the size for now

He’s one I hope makes it

I rate him, but unfortunately some just don't make the jump, having watched Moy for years, I'm suprised how well he has done, probably our number 1 young player and I would have had a few in front of him.

For all our poor recruitment, when was the last really young player we have released that was a mistake, Abdul and Litten, but both were around the first team, Lewis but that was the stupid joint academy.

Always an element of luck with young players getting chances. At the start of the season with both Hoy and Walker (plus Litten as backup) at the club you wouldent have expected any young full backs to get a game, but here we are and Moy might be our no1 for years to come.

And going way back Josh Hodgson but there was big competiton at hooker at the time.

If he’s not currently on a marquee salary there’s one sure fire way to get one, get your representatives to fake an interest in coming to Hull. Hull telling the media he’s a target is the icing on the cake for his team. All we have to wait for now is Leigh deciding the right time and picking a witty GIF for the socials to announce his bumper contract.

As for Cust on loan now, what’s his actual injury situation? He’s been out about 2 months? Remember Salford needed to offload a quota player for Nikorima so either they don’t want to let Cust go or we must think he’s injured and not worth bringing in yet. Otherwise that would have been the logical move.

Cust is named in Salford's squad this week, so if he isn't fit and ready to play then he must be pretty close again.

Sometimes I wish our recruitment was kept in house. Our best signings tend to come as a surprise to us all. The constant media hype about who we're going to sign just creates frustration and disappointment. Sailor and probably Lam are prime examples. I hope I'm wrong but there are so many obstacles for the club right now in getting high quality players to the club.
