Can't knock the effort but we're not going to beat a full time professional side with that many players out.
Appreciate Wakefield have injuries (before the wankfield trolls start) but you're not comparing like for like. The way they’re banging on about it on their forum you’d think they’d actually won something not knocked off a patched up side from a part time team. On their way to walking the most pointless season ever since they’ve been guaranteed promotion by the IMG farce.

Just to illustrate the financial gulf, Wakefield are taking a private jet to Toulouse. I’m not sure any SL clubs do that for Catalans even. I pointed out at the start of the season on the Wakey board how much of a competitive advantage being Fulltime was in this league but they were all still a bit pessimistic after years of SL struggle to believe that. They understand it now!
I for one never doubted the advantage, but was also worried by the fact that every game would be played with a target on our backs as our opponents bust a gut to try and get one over on us. There is a grittiness in this league that's absent from SL, but also real skill and tactical awareness. As for the Financial side of things, I'm told that our owner has shedloads of dosh but has played a blinder by getting his parents...who also have shed loads of dosh...along to games and turned them into avid supporters. I like to think they're getting their moneys worth.

Just add it to the banned list. I have. If you hadn’t quoted it I’d never have known the troll had replied.
Can’t help themselves from biting. Good to know we’re still a bigger club than Wakefield and they’re still obsessed with us.
