Robinson in charge for now which leaves him little or no time to affect anything for this week.
Will they give it him for the rest of the season which is probably the best bet at this stage, and I wonder what the thought process will be for a permanent solution?

Good!!! In my opinion we need to appoint a new coach asap to give him time to bed in and start next season on the front foot with players he (not Thewlis) wants or not. I have already written this season off but will still be going to all the home games (sacked off the away games) with a bit more hope and will still be buying my season ticket for next year.

Definitely the right call. The interview on Friday summed up how much he had lost the players.

Finally! Maybe we can get someone who wants to play expansive rugby, and is willing to take a few risks. I do think it's more than just Watson that needs clearing out, but at least it will give us a chance to change the way we play. I've never been as disillusioned as that last couple of years. It will be interesting to see what direction Ken goes in, he really put a lot of faith and money into Watson and has once again been let down, does he have the will and the worth to go for it again, or is he happy for us to fade into obscurity? The last few signings suggest the latter.

The writing has been on the wall for the last 2/3 weeks if not longer, I said after the Semi-Final defeat to Wire that those players weren't playing for him & they've continued to put in dismal performances since.

The comment last week "I thought I was coming to a top 4 club" won't have gone down well with those high up.

The proof will be in the pudding over the next coupla weeks, let's see how the players respond as they also have to look at themselves hard in the mirror as some of them have been abysmal lately.

Its never nice to see someone lose their job, so I hope those players he signed, put his trust in, wake up, start performing and get us out the rut we are in.

Be intresting to see what side Robinson puts out on Saturday at Leigh.

Not before time. Put Robinson in charge for the rest of the season while the club searches for another Nathan brown or at least someone who knows what good players are. 3 out of 4 seasons wasted for me
