4 tries as good as any you will see…but scored all in the same game.

Very lucky to be able to watch this team at the moment.

Unofficially the most boring poster on Cherry and White.

Tough game, thought Leigh did well first fifteen minutes of both halves. Our defence was immense, although Dwyers try was pretty soft.

French and Wardle unplayable at times and Marshy's 'worldie' try was up there with the best.

All in all we did well considering the disruption in the opening minutes when we lost Cooper.

*Just hope French is okay as he looked like he may have tweaked the back of his thigh returning that ball from his own line.

One of the best games I've seen this season. A really good contest, and wonderful skill from French, Wardle, and Marshy.

Wardle’s performance tonight was best ive ever seen by an Englishman in a Wigan jersey. Ive had zero alcohol so i can’t blame my thoughts blighted by hops and yeast.
Absolutely outstanding.
I never give a ten but tonight Wardle was a different class to any other centre ive ever seen live except for perhaps Miles and Lyon. A ten out ten for me and fully deserved.
People say King is sorely missed. I watch Wardle and smile with pure unashamed satisfaction.
Im a Carmont fan but at this rate Wardle is in a different sphere to Carmont and hopefully young kids will watch and look replicate a master at his work.

Cracking game of rugby league. Leigh will beat a few of the top teams on that form.

To be fair, Itchy, although I fully agree with you, people who were saying that King was missed weren't claiming he was better than Wardle, more than Keighran had a rather indifferent start to the season.

Loved tonight. I thought Leigh were great and we were even better. French was ridiculously good and somehow, I thought Wardle was the best player on the field! We’ve got some team on our hands here.

Just that moment when French scooped the ball up, when I was thinking, oh no, the best he can do is knock it over the dead-ball line. But what do I know? :D Why not do a U-turn through the posts and bring the ball back way upfield? Just worth the price of admission alone. And then there's Jake Wardle... Just great entertainment.
