The Jillaroos are paid professionals, either semi pro or full time. The English girls are mostly amateur.

Crowd of 45k is decent and 5k higher than last year...but the number crunchers will have to have a look at there was an estimated 11/12k there from the UK, so it seems 5/6k less sold this time to Aussies and Americans.
I thought it was a good spectacle for the TV and SKY seemed the most interested they have in SL for years but I remain dubious about how many Americans are really going to start watching. 'Soccer' has spent billions and decades and is still not one of the main players in the US.
