Read quite a few articles recently stating that Hardaker is still available so be interesting to see if he has indeed signed for us or whether there has been a rethink with Cartwright now being the Head Coach. Surprised no one has picked up Leutele yet, think he’d be a very good option for us.
Things do seem to have changed a little in terms of recruitment since Cartwright signed on as Coach.
I’m looking forward to seeing how it all pans out and how we are up come the start of preseason.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

I hope you are right about Hardaker. I'd rather keep Carlos if he is off quota.

Not sure about the use of a quota spot but there's a few clubs with more than just the two starting halfbacks of a similar quality. Something we've rarely had at Hull. Takes us all our time to find two in the first place! If he does come to Hull he could probably cover or start as hooker, with Bourouh off the bench and Barmforth as backup.

If he's been signed as a hooker he's hardly played there. According to RL project in SL he's only started one game at 9 with a few games off the bench. Strange signing if true. I wouldn't be surprised though.

Think he will be more likely to play 6, think we need one. I was hoping that we’d bring in someone a bit quicker to play either 1 or 6 with the quota place, but he’s a handy player. Can’t see him being a ‘money ball system’ stats based signing like Pearson alluded to so maybe he’s just someone Cartwright trusts.
