Swinton's last six games- most recent listed first:
Barrow (H) Lost 24-10 Batley (H) Lost 20-16 Fev (A) Won 42-40 York (H) Lost 30-22 Wakey (A) Lost 46-22 Bradford (H) Lost 38-12
They've scored 124 points and conceded 198. Average For is 21, Average against is 33.
Based on their losses to Barrow and Batley, teams we have beaten, our prospects look good. Based on their win at Featherstone, our prospects look hopeless!
The fact they've averaged 21 points For is a worry. We've averaged 13 points For in our last six games.
In what is a vital game, we're going to have to defend well, be disciplined, keep mistakes to a minimum and have some flair in attack or else we could be up against it. As they've lost at home to Barrow and Batley lately, I'm hoping we can do it.
My bookmakers prediction: Dons to give Swinton 4 points start.

They do have a few decent players including Williams and especially ritson who played super league last season but despite my recent rantings i do believe we win this game, reckon the bookies go scratch on this.

I'm seriously worried about the squad at the moment, too many players missing or look to not be 100% for me to be confident. Althoguh I couldn't tell you the last time I went to a game confident so that probably means nothing

We could definitely do with Greg Burns and Luke Briscoe back for Sunday. Maybe Reece Lyne will be fit too after being included in the Bradford squad - although that inclusion could have been to confuse Bradford.
Is Sam Smeaton injured? I doubt we'll ever get to know about injuries based on Richard Horne's keeping shtum policy. Keeping quiet about injuries is one of the things the club does very well!
Have there been any highlights from the Toulouse and Bradford matches? The club don't have any links to highlights on their website. I watched the Toulouse game live but would like to see what went wrong at Bradford.

Not sure about Burns, and he is very much mossed when not playing.
Scraping together from various sources I think Briscoe will be a few weeks out, Smeaton had a knee operation a few weeks ago so will unlikely be available either. Think there are also doubts about Sutcliffe again who came off struggling last week

Cheers, Jemmo. Do you work part-time for MI5? Good work!
We do miss Burns. Who rotated at hooker with Joe Lovodua? Do you know?
Briscoe helps drive the ball out well from our own line and is solid with the high ball. We need him too.
Poor Sutcliffe. He's a quality player we can ill afford to be without.

Johnston and Sutcliffe missing ain't ideal but glad to see Boas back, can anyone tell me if ferres has a clause in his contract that says he must be picked if available? He adds absolutely nothing and his mobility is shocking, not only that hes bern our captain for the last few games! If it's going on ability then guzdek should be on that field instead of brett.
