I was firmly in the I don't like powell camp actually.
But today we won. I don't know what more some fans on here want? It seems like unless it's 50+ to nil its a disappointment. The reality is sport isnt like that...we're 3rd best in the league at best! We've a decent squad but there's lots of room for improvement. I'm enjoying it more than last season, we lost a final and we're not miles away from top

For what it’s worth I’ve no problem with the Wells bias, had we hammered Hull he would have been calling us Grand Final winners. Commentator bias as been a thing all the way back to Hemmings in the Superleague era. During every game whoever it bee they latch on to one team. Least we don’t have to listen to Phil (nobody does it better than) Clarke anymore.

It’s not the scoreline it’s the performance 19 errors if you are content with that then fine. A lot more of us disagree.

I watched him after the tackle as the ball started making its way across the pitch. He basically just skulked off, hands on hips not even watching the play unfold. Any full back worth their salt would have been going like the clappers across the line in case a kick through was coming. Dufty not interested. Done his bit.

Of course I'm not sat here fist bumping and claiming it was a great performance. But we won. Won despite a truly shocking performance as you consider it. So that in itself some would consider a positive. Absolutely fine if that win has soured your weekend, I'm just suggesting maybe it's not all doom and gloom

I'm just glad Williams was fit enough to play. If Stef had been filling in again, we might well have lost that. Our attack was brighter today than against Salford, but we shot ourselves in the foot with so many errors. Just relieved to win, really.
2 points - fortunately. Entertaining to watch for the neutrals I guess but so many errors. A lot of our issues were self inflicted. A half decent attacking team would have mullered us.
Hull have some decent youngsters - Moy, Martin and Barmforth.
Max Wood had a good game. Dufty - Mr. Marmite.
No point in beating ourselves up. We got the 2 points, build on it.
