With Blease now in place we are only looking for someone to coach the first team, I'd be happy with Arthur even if it's just for a couple of seasons. The SD can then ensure succession as needed. Quality required not longevity.

I'm glad this is the only social media thing I have. People do really need to take a good look at l themselves. Good luck Rohan hope you find success.

Brad Arthur, he knows how to develop teams, players and has great connections to the NRL so we can bring the right players over, not those like we have for the last however many years. Has no prior connection to the club so cuts all ties with the Rhinos DNA BS and the jobs for the boys stuff. No bad coach coaches NRL with the same team for 11 years.
He'd be my pick.
It's not how much talent you've got, it's what you do with it that counts.

I've thought since we signed Croft and Ackers that Rowley would be the next coach. Now that Blease is on board it does seem the logical outcome. However, if Arthur were to come he'd be the first bona-fide head coach from the NRL in a long, long time. Would be a major statement of intent. Ultimately, there are pros and cons with either. Would be less happy with JD given the fall out at Souths.
