Probably a replacement for Seamus McCallion, who left and was never replaced.
We also desperately need a reputable Strength & Conditioning coach,again the Head of Strength and Conditioning left, and was never replaced., Probably why, the squad's fitness levels cant compete with the rest of SL.
Other staff, left and not replaced,. Welfare Officer,Kit man, Championship clubs have more backroom staff than we have.
