Nice try, but i think Keighran’s head shot should be punished…in fact I think Peet virtually invited them to do so.
Just my opinions unless it's a FACT, in which case it's a fact.

I agree but I don’t think there was anything in it. If he had butted Pow then his reaction would have been totally different. The game has become far too soft and spectators are now using a microscope to examine any incident. Rugby League has always been a tough sport but there are people in the game who are unnecessarily trying to water it down.

unbelievable, he's only been at Wire two minutes and he's already turned into a cheat
Wellens 3/10 Like public transport. Late, slow and stunk
A shame to lose Dupree's impact off the bench but I don't think that will sway the result. Our right side defence stands out like a sore thumb now though with a mix of inexperience in Nsemba and Eckersley and two players in French and Miski who perhaps aren't renowned for their defensive abilities.
Brutal honesty from Peet immediately post-match but he may well have been advised to hold his fire. His comments didn't exactly help Keighran. I note that he has since back-tracked and apologised but when the offending players coach says the player has previous form and it was a bad tackle, well it strengthens the RFL case.
I see that Wigan are going to appeal it...Not just Saints that appeal then

I personally was surprised by Peet's backtrack - yes the player was falling but it was still reckless with no attempt to wrap the arms. I have no issue with either of the bans.
