Cas were rubbish and they seemed to be using forwards as half backs, however there were some real positives, mainly we we aggressive in defence and there was more structure. Just a few bits of skill let us down other wise it would have been 50+
Both Cam Smith and Harry Newman had shockers though, they need to work on some stuff because that’s not good enough for two senior players.
Frawley, Martin, Mom, oconner and Croft were my picks of the players.

Cam Smith needs to return to basics. He’s not a half back. There’s a good player in there. He found it too easy at academy level.
Croft was excellent. Real work ethic. Johnson is an out and out hooker, it’ll be a shame to lose him.
Agree on Newman, believes his own hype.. We must have 2 of the worst centres in the league.. Neither have done anything this season.
Also agree on the other players mentioned. I presume Roberts was dropped for Alfie?
Can't take anything from this game with regards to "how good are we really" as Cas were garbage.... Still lack any real punch in the middle. Still don't rate Frawley.. it's easy to look like world beaters against poor opposition... but it's a win, 2 points and hopefully a bit of positivity for the team.

Newman needs dropping until his attitude improves. Thought cam smith was again poor today. Constantly last to get back inside, holding the ball too long and killing moves. On a plus thought Miller was decent and frawley looked good. Still missing a good bit of go forward from the props though at beginning of matches

I've said before, Cam Smith's instincts are all wrong about what he needs to do when the team isn't playing that well. He wants to get involved but he ends up just getting in the way. He needs to simplify his game and focus on just banging in on attack and defence, and trying to pass much less often. He's way too slow in thought and action to try to act as a playmaker.

Take the win, and more comfortable than a lot of us predicted
As already mentioned, Smith and Newman, both awful
Martin, croft and Handley all good
Momerovski offers very little ball in hand, he dosnt look lightweight, but certainly runs like it, was solid defensively to be fair, with 1 very good read.
