I don’t really agree we limped out of the game today. Whilst the quality was pretty poor, we gave it a good go.

our last 3 games were against teams bottom, 10th and 8th and lost them all with a patched up team of loan players, hull born lads, we are limping to the end of the season as players are released/sent out on loan or injured.....we were well behind on the scoreboard vs cas and hudds tonight, london outplayed us through energy and a game plan....something we tend to lack most weeks

I don’t disagree with any of that. Like I said in another post, we’re a rag tag bunch.
I do disagree that we’re limping out of game recently, though. we’ve put in effort and it has been better. That’s not be ‘accepting mediocrity’, because it’s clearly not good enough, but it is improvement and we are having a go.
We’ll be a different animal next year. I truly believe that.

its not players on the pitch im aiming at, i believe the effort is there (at times), clearly not good enough, its off the field im aiming the comments at, no sign of the club replacing Hoy or Brown yet the likes of Leigh and Salford bringing in overseas, the coaching staff and Myler atm just seem happy to put out a patched up squad of loan/youth players and past it players that have expired well before this season.

And add to the fact we’ve shipped out 2 other quota players on loan to championship clubs along with another of the new signings.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

number 6 plus Grix has admitted he played both Houghton and Sutcliffe despite a rib injury to Houghton and a hamstring pull for Sutcliffe which resulted in him having to be replaced at Half time There is a name for that and it begins with W and ends with ER

No need Mr B. I agree with DH and Sutcliffe selection questions. No need for the insults. There maybe good reasons why these two played. I don’t know what they are perhaps team shape , consistency- dunno but hey. We are better than 6 weeks ago - worth remembering.
