We could probably do with a director of Rugby (massive shame Sinfield didn’t want to stick it out) because as a club (as in a business) we are probably second to none and that is down to Hetherington.

But clearly the on field operation is not delivering at the moment.

Be careful what you wish for.

Caddick & Hethrington saved our club from extinction. I don’t think you realise how close that was.

We have the best all rugby league stadium in the country, some of the best training facilities and we are one of the most profitable. None of this guarantees success on the field and it’s all about getting the right combination at the right time. Those that think GH is past it need to reanalyse our position and get a reality check.

Those that think we should be more ruthless and not care about being a family, go start your own club and run it the way you want. I think it is one of our clubs best qualities and makes me want to support them through any eventuality.

How many clubs would phone up and ask if everything was ok as we hadn’t used a season ticket for a few weeks. I can answer that by saying none other than our great club.

Be grateful for what we have and quit your toxic, entitled view points and try being a true supporter.

Those asking for Rohan gone and "anyone else in" do you really believe that?

Is it really anyone but Rohan Smith? If so that is bonkers.

I agree with what you say about the family culture point, but in my mind it doesn’t have to be a choice between this a winning culture on the sporting side. The latter is very definitely missing and has been for a long time.

It's not how much talent you've got, it's what you do with it that counts.

Clearly the Golden Generation weren't all in each other's pockets the whole time, and to sustain that success egos would have had to kept well in check. I also remember Shaun Edwards talking about the Wigan team that dominated the game for a decade, and it clearly wasn't a place for faint hearts and feelings.

The Rhinos family stuff is great and I have no problem with it. But as Batley says it doesn't have to be one or the other, but if the balance goes too far towards being 'nice' for the first team then the ruthless edge needed to win things will be blunted.

With the setup behind the scenes that Hetherington has created Leeds will always be in the top flight and will always, in the long run, be competitive. It's insane to think that some short or even medium term on-field underperformance would lead to some muppets demanding the man who masterminded that stability needs to go. It shows a fundamental misunderstanding of how Leeds operate and how Rugby League works as a business. It's not even grass is greener stuff, it's comparing a couple of weeds on our lawn with next door's cow paddock.

Let all the doubters keep doubting and those who believe keep believing.

We’re only interested in those in the bubble. Anyone who wants to come in the bubble, you can come in.

But you’ve got to keep believing.

I agree with all of this, all i would say is a DOR may help with the onfield stuff.

Those that want Hetherington out of the club are being bery very short sight and have short memories imo
