Poor again, but masked abit by the last 15 minutes.

Grix just keeps making the same mistakes.

Dropping Walker is unbelievable
Sao in the backrow
Barron for Martin is strange
Starting Fash after months out
One man rugby for most of the game

And the big one, Houghton.

If this is how he thinks I'd be moving him on too.

Every single player we have signed for next season us better than than we had playing tonight and I include Hardraker in that.

Bring back relegation.

This isn't a go at Hull FC. It's just clear to me that not having it will allow clubs with a poor culture to coast along being poop indefinitely. A bit of jeopardy is what is needed to focus minds. Otherwise you lot could end up watching awful RL forever.

With relegation at least this team would have something to play for. It’s clear a lot of them don’t value a win if it ‘means nothing’ in the grand scheme.

give no doubt the club have given up on this season with no relegation, had there been our side would look totally different and we wouldn't have only 2 quota players playing.

Saying that, it has stopped us going out and bringing in a couple of average overseas players and allowed gametime for the likes of Moy, Martin and Charles, I'd doubt they would have plated so many games had there been relegation.

Reading Grixs reason for Walkers dropping is madness, feels like he is been made a scapegoat like Hoy.

Seems we still have the situation where some players are untouchable whilst others are dropped as some as they underperform.

Don’t remember even getting a penalty all game. One 6 again near the end, that’s it?

1 penalty & 1 six again. The penalty was for crossing/obstruction. Now either Castleford are the most disciplined team I’ve ever seen or…

As a poster previously stated, we get absolutely stung in behind the ruck every single time. As someone who has never played the game, why is this happening? Is it laziness? Poor communication? What causes us to concede so many from poor defending in that area?

was left out for playing reasons so a bit harsh of you. Good player but obviously not played well at London

A bit harsh from Grix, who was good against London.

If our forwards didn’t give as many stupid head high penalties and we took our chances we’d have won that.

Smith sped us up. I’ve been a critic, but thought he made a difference.

Sutcliffe made some bad, bad mistakes. Barron saved a poor game with two nice kicks, otherwise not near Martin.

Disagree re Barron. He has pace scored a try made, kicked well, carried well. Did lose the ball in one carry and Moy took any high kicks but think he will go well as he gets older
