that was pretty depressing stuff for 60 minutes, 5 drives and a kick every set nearly.......last 15-20 minutes, throw the ball around and we actually looked threatening, as posted above, once Houghton went off we looked quicker, thanks for the efforts and memories Danny, but maybe time to call it a day early?
Id rather see us play the last 15-20 minutes from the start, give us some glimmer of hope, we just dont have the muscle to go up the middle, even against teams like Cas/London

And rushing and appointing the wrong man would have been worse. I'm sure if someone who fits the bill was available now wed have signed him up. Do you think the club don't want to appoint a coach now? Do you think they want us to be as bad as awe are?

He will still be first on Grix"s team sheet for next week Personally dont think the coach dare drop him
Gotta start with Smith at 9 next week and Balmforth, or even give Hodgson a shot, on the bench. Coaching staff keep talking about Balmforth having things to work on, and fair enough I'm sure he does, but christ if none of them can see that Houghton ruins our attack more than helps it. If rather see Balmforth making mistakes but learning from it than Houghton getting picked every week because of sentiment and watching us play at a snails pace. I know we are short of leaders this year but making Houghton captain was a ridiculous move.
Jebson doesn't seem toget much game time. Must only have played 20 minutes max again tonight. But defensively he is very good. Doesn't ever seem to miss a tackle.

I thought he showed up well. Looking g for the ball and supporting well. Was a it unlucky when Trueman threw the ball at him a couple of metres out
We’ve got to part ways with grix. Two of the worst sides in the league and been beaten by both. Give it to Ellis and Cummings until the end of the year. We can’t carry on with mediocrity and him be here next year.
