Can't imagine we'll see Newman at Leeds next season. His defence is poor at the moment but he's not getting the chance to show his ability in attack. I really hope there is a realisation at Leeds that we aren't actually competing. We're trying hard but basically clinging on. Wins v Hull and London have given a false impression of where we really stand in the league.

I've never seen an opposition team laughing so much during a game. There's such a chasm between us and Saints. We're not at all competitive and there's not much sign of any improvement in recent games. If Saints had been more clinical in the first half, they'd have had at least two more tries. This season is a write off. I get the argument that changing coaches mid-season rarely pays off, but neither does flogging a dead horse. Time for a change of coach.

We have some good players, who would all look good in teams that are set up and coached properly. But our team is built on a foundation of gimmicks, shortcuts and hoping we get lucky.
