Don’t think it’s a coincidence since Houghton went off and Smith came on around the 60min mark we look more threatening as our speed has increased especially at dummy half. Why we persist with Houghton when he is clearly past his best and not even reliable in his defence is just another issue we continue to create.

Some seriously poor or inadequate performances again from the same culprits.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Annoying that we've bombed at least 2 tries. Could actually have won this

Lovely work by Barron. Good try.
Play like this from minute 1 and we'd have won

Disagree, no good for the youngsters and building momentum for next season. If they couldnt get Cartwright this season a beyter interim should have being found, I dare say it but we are worse then earlier in the season.

What surprises me, the last time we made the play offs was when Last stopped Houghton from playing 80 minutes. Last was a terrible coach too.

Good to see them not folding. They just need to do it every week and cut out the mistakes.

Disagree all you want but making the wrong appointment would have been a disaster

Theres nothing to suggest we have made the right decision. It was crucial for the club to get an appointment now, waiting till the end of the season has only made things worse.

No one is denying we could do with more pace, but the recruitment isn't finished

all the top teams have pace to burn
Even Castleford are yards quicker then we are
We dont just need solid we need forwards with pace and strength and backs who can make things happen and have the speed to make it count.
The likes of Hardaker on a two year deal just doesnt make sense if we are looking at a new era next season when ambition is the key word at the club

Only teams not to have beaten us in Super League this season are Salford and Wigan and we haven't played them yet.

With good discipline we could have easily won that. Couple of their trys came from the back of cheap repeated penalties. Our defence is shocking and yet we continue to give ourselves more and more defending to do.

Houghton shouldn't play again for me. It was noticeable how much more direct and quicker we looked with him off the pitch. Sad to say but he's just a hindering to our attack these days.
