Plus loads of points are awarded for TV viewership over the last 3 years which gives Wakefield an unfair advantage.

The new stand etc. don't count for a great deal. If it was so heavily weighted towards the stadium York wouldn't be so far behind on IMG points.

It's just a fact Wakefield have been chosen for automatic promotion after which it will be closed shop making this championship season pointless for everyone else.

I don't think any part of that is correct.

You can think what you like. You’d start an argument if you were alone in a lift.

Well that sort of went as expected. We had a good dig in the first half but got blown away in the second.

I was disappointed we didn’t see out the first half. Second half was as expected, but, I thought we put up a good fight. Superior opposition never the less and it’ll be a very good side that beats Wakefield this season or an off day like the cup match against the inbreds.

Hopefully the lads take a lot from that and take it into the battle for second.

Best team in the 1st half - scoreline flattered Wakefield at HT (pass for their opening try looked miles forward).

2nd half they were just too quick and skillful for us and we gifted some position with a couple of cheap penalties. Overall it was a decent dig but lacked a bit of quality in attack to really trouble them. We are poles apart in terms of spend and FT operation though so it is difficult to be overly critical.

Need to dust ourselves off quickly for another massive game v Sheffield in 7 days times.

Deffo forward for your first and Gill is slightly offside from the kick for your second try.

Anyway we move on, the actual final is actually a bit of a farce if it is like last year. Everyone has left Wembley to go celebrate the main CC game.

Think most clubs are most interested in the IMG points rather than the cup itself.
