I’ll kick us off, as this is my closest fixture of the season.
Expecting nothing but a win here from Hull. Not being arrogant because we are Hull, but because after the recent changes and players returning/coming on board, this is the perfect opportunity to get another and start delivering ahead of the Cas and Huddersfield fixtures.
I’ll be going on Sunday and looking forward to the game.
I still find it a shame that London were relegated the moment they were promoted. Overall, I like what IMG are trying to achieve. However, I think they should have gone with a 14 or 16 team league, with 12 places based upon IMG ratings, and 2-4 licences awarded for 3 years. London could nave had one if these places and had another 3 years to establish themselves before coming on board with the IMG rating system. After over 40 years of living a nomadic existence, they finally seem to have found a home that they could have built upon. Not sure what will happen to them after this year, which is a shame?
70 days since our last win 282 days since the last time we scored 30+ points in a game 308 days since our last away win 343 days since our last win outside the city of Hull
London have probably been better than us this season overall, we were fortunate to beat them earlier in the season, we seem to be playing better than we were a few weeks ago, the attack still worries me but if we do the basics, run hard and strong, keep errors and penalties to a minimum we should have enough but with Hull you never know. The last time we played them we didn't have Pele, Ese Ese, Walker or Trueman.
It would be nice to get another 7 in to give Charles a rest but could also be a game where with Trueman back,he could just go about his business with no pressure.

Our next 2 games,.will pretty much determine where we are going to finish this season.
I'd expect nothing but a win against London (that's not anything against them) keep improving as we have in the last few weeks. Defensively we are looking better, But our attack is something that still worries me massively. So this game, if we get it right, could be a a real confidence boost for our attacking game. CAS seem to be finding a attacking game now, more so, coincidentally since Hoy (and a couple of others) joined. So that game should be a good game. I think we are in a mini league of bottom 4 for the rest of this season.
