The guy is one of the best in the business.
I'm surprised he's not at wigan or saints in that case

We’d be lucky to snare him away from his current club in that case.

We havent got many of our number one targets over the years.
Personally id keep Rowley away from this toxic enviroment for this year, because we all know when he comes in still gets the same results everyone will be on his back.

Lee Radford gave me the best day of my life when he waived that cup at me and for that I will be eternally grateful and if anyone is collecting to finance a statue to him my donation will be in the post.
However he's a great light touch coach in that he is brilliant when coming into the Samoa camp and giving massive added value he was the same in amateur rugby but his failing at Hull Fc was that he got too close to some of the players and they knew that, in 2016/17 the group was almost self regulating because of the personalities and ambitions that where within the squad but after that some of his 'mates' took advantage and indeed some followed him to Cas with disastrous effect. He was given massive resources had the Midas touch with his 2015/2016 recruitment but otherwise he spent a lot and achieved little.
As for Rowley well wouldn't that be great, wouldnt that show us the ambition we crave from our great club and wouldn't it give us all some hope and a great deal of trust in our new football manager??, but I'm told its some way off being done yet, we aint great at getting our first targets and often in the past the press getting a bit too excited about things has scuppered deals.Whats more he is a big fish in a small pool at Salford, hero worshipped and comfortable and looking at our current state its a massive risk to take to come here for the the most toxic job in the British game following the Coach we have had and had to get rid of. It would in one fell swoop get the fans back on side but as my old mum used to say 'let's not get our curtains up just yet!'

If we did get him (still don't think we will!) and there was a chance to get him in this year then I'd be jumping at it. Not with a view of him actually doing much this year, but just to give him a chance to take a look at the players this year and see if there's any he would like to move on, clearing some deadwood basically, before we start 2025 with them already on the books.

That's nothing, Rowley took Toronto Wolfpack, complete newcomers to the game to league 1 champions and to a championship grand final!

Anybody read the Myler story as well….that was good reading and I don’t think he is under any illusion of the task he has.Maybe a very good move to bring in a total outsider

I'd be surprised if he accepted TBH. What's in it for him realistically? Salford looking like they will be more financially secure when the council take over the ground and likely to get a gig at somewhere better than us if he bides his time plus he won't have too uproot and move across the other side of the country

Depends how good Mylers negotiation skills are? Rowley will be heavily backed to bring in who he wants if he accepts. I hope we get him, but the ball is in Rowleys court
