Hope we get our first choice on board soon before nephew Rohan gets fired and there's another attractive coaching position up for grabs

I'm sure Sky will now have a reporter at London asking Rowley about the rumours linking him with us . And no doubt he'll straight bat it back .

Noticed something in Dan Tomlinson's latest article regarding the Rowley rumour that he says:
Quote: It's understood Hull would prefer a British coach who knows the ins and outs of Super League.
So if we have a three man British shortlist, who are the three? I would like (and not necessarily in this order):
Rowley
Wane
Briers

Smith was like Hodgson. It was poor recruitment that did for them both.
My opinion Smith was worse than Hodgson

Hopefully it's not a baseless rumour but the Rowley appointment is gathering pace. When you look at all the things Myler has said around what he wants in a coach and a clear identity it's pretty obvious Rowley is the top target

He's clearly in the mix and probably one of the better options available. Hopefully we'll hear something tomorrow.

"Spoke to Paul King, managing director of Salford, and he says his club have had no approach from Hull FC for Paul Rowley. Rowley has two years to left on his contract." John Davidson on Twitter. I know deny rumours doesn't always mean it's not happening. Just thought I'd share it anyway.
