Lots of effort apparent tonight and plenty of energy. Clearly no leaders and severely lacking any creativeness and go-forward. Myler has a real job on his hands but these lads dug in despite the score. Hopefully some players in this week as AP stated last week.

Still baffled who saw Morgan Smith and thought yeh let's sign him
What half back would shine in a team that gets walloped every week. Pro rata he’s done more than our star larkers. Not banned or injured. The kid is trying. Find it baffling when the team is poor and strugglng yet posters Insist on targeting individual players.
Last night was always going to be a one way result, you cannot put that many young kids out there who (in my opinion at least) are not physically ready for SL. That is no criticism on them, I thought they gave it a good dig, but they need time to develop before been thrown to the lions den.
The question should be, why in round 8 have we been forced to this position? Why is our £2.35 million pound (according to someone) squad that stretched that we had a bench of 20 year olds, an 18 year old at full back and in the halves, and a 19 year old on the wing?
I also thought last night highlighted how incredibly average some of the elder players in our squad are. Yes they are doing it tough and have young kids either side of them, but even still I found them being more at fault for several tries than the young kids.
Regardless of what is on the horizon regarding change, we shouldn’t forget what an absolute mess this club has been subjected to by its owner and CEO. I would fully prefer them both to be out the door to be brutally honest, but have accepted that won’t be happening anytime soon.
Again, another drubbing, and another almost pointless task in trying to look for positives. I’ll credit Ese’ese who put in a right shift in.
Let's be fair, that was a scratch squad. From our start of season squad we had missing
Trueman Carlos Nu brown Hoy Jack brown Sao Ashworth Fash Walker Mitch Staveley
Through injury or suspension and okunbor and tindall not played as they are rubbish. No team in the comp could field anywhere near a competitive side with those numbers missing
Realised last night just how much a loss Swift going has proven to be.
On a night where the forwards were dominated it was down to the backline too much to drive the ball away from our line and that was far too big an ask for the youngsters.
Wouldn't have made a great change to the score amount, but do miss him.
I remember not too long ago having Yeaman, Briscoe and Willie Manu driving it up from the left.
