Alluded to the fact that changes were coming in 2025, and wanted people who were on board. Talked about how they’ll add to staff if need be. All reeks of incoming investment.
Came across well and said what many have been thinking.

Interesting interview and I liked a lot of what he said but saying things and achieving them are 2 completely different things. Personally I'm really hoping we get an aussie coach in but suspect it won't be. Hopefully he's trying to tempt Rowley over

Strong interview.
Opens by asserting himself as the new Hull FC daddy. Pearson notable by his absence - I couldn’t help but wonder if he may have ‘slipped’ by a wash basin. That we now have a DOR in the game who was born 11 years after Scum was released makes me feel old. Also, being old makes me feel old. Myler though, fresh faced and doesn’t wince before answering questions. Not these questions at least. Good points about togetherness, and just the right amount of humility around listening.
This is not the Motu Tony role.
Unlike Peacock, Myler has at least got the broad diagnosis right. I’m curious to see what he prescribes.
Interesting times ahead. Much as I enjoyed the last plot line, it was played out.

Rowley is the only domestic coach I'd be wanting us to make a play for.
Hopefully we'll have the new coach wrapped up in the next 3/4 weeks.
Happy for Grix to see out this season. That was the new coach won't be tarnished by this monstrosity of a season

Totally agree with this, we should do exactly what Warrington did with Burgess. Personally I hope our new coach is Josh Hannay, he's been viewed as an NRL head coach in waiting for a while and Billy Slater hypes him up whenever he can for the job he does for Queensland.

Watched a podcast recently and they had Wade Graham as a guest, he was heaping praise on Hannay too

My only concern is that Grix is a prime contender for the job, think the club need a bigger name than him right now.
I got the impression that they have already decided that someone will be brought in, he kept referencing bringing in someone and didn't really mention Grix until he was directly asked.
