Really liking what Myler says about the need for an identity for the club and reconnecting all areas. There's obviously a disconnect between the club and the fan base at the moment but it sounds like various areas of the club might be feeling disconnected from each other too.

Sounds like we will definitely be making signings this year given that he says the youngsters will be too exposed otherwise. Also sounds like the head coach is employed elsewhere in some capacity and Grix will be in the role until the end of the season. I'm fine with all that.
