My gut says Simon Grix will take over till least the end of the season, but who are the long term options: Shaun Wane - won’t leave Wigan for me but the sort of coach we need. Very negative rugby Stephen Kearney - unemployed, relationship with the club. Des Hasler - surely getting sacked soon. Another with club links Lee Briers - done wonders at Wigan and Brisbane and had a relationship with Grix. Justin Holbrook - turned saints round when he went. Turned down a better job In wire though. Who are the other options

Looks like Demetriou is getting the bullet at south's, familiar with England and SL, would Pearson pay that much? Is he a realistic target?

He’s been a massive flop hasn’t he though, I’d also consider John Morris. Experienced head coach at reserves and NRL with sharks. Currently defence coach at the tigers

Briers would be an interesting appointment.

Whoever comes in needs to be able to turn around our defence and install some resilience in this playing group

So what we thinking as a supporter base ? Go back to appointing young assistants, get two of them sacked and then beg for an experienced head coach ? Thats what we do isnt it ?

I don't know what to think any more. We seem to have tried most things to seemingly no effect.

We need a no nonsense coach. Unfortunately, the man we need is Wane and he isn't available.

For me its the toxicty around the club.
Pearson has lost alot of the fanbase, patience isnt something you can attribute with FC fans and rightly so given the laughing stock we have become.
The fish rots from the head, until new ownership happens im afraid they will be no unity between the supporters and first team setup.
